I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, impostor syndrome or stress related to school, work, family and social relationships. I use a curious and empathetic approach, tailoring the therapy to the unique needs of each individual or family, with a focus on long lasting healing and growth. My patients leave therapy with more confidence, stability and hope.
Services are offered both virtually and in person, in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Virtual services also offered to individuals in New York state. I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance directly. I will provide you an invoice to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
I provide family therapy that strengthens communication and builds hope for teens and their parents. In our sessions, I create a space where each family member can openly share their thoughts and feelings, fostering mutual understanding and reducing miscommunication. Through guided discussions, teens feel genuinely heard, while parents learn practical tools to respond with empathy and clarity. My goal is to help families reconnect, instilling a sense of trust and resilience that supports a healthier, more supportive family dynamic. Sessions can be in person, virtual or hybrid, depending on each family's situation.
I facilitate group therapy for teenagers, designed to help 13-18 year olds boost confidence, improve communication skills, and manage anxiety and depression. This group offers a safe space to connect with other teenagers and learn effective coping strategies, while also being fun and engaging. Group therapy sessions take place once-a-week in lower Fairfield County, CT. Contact me to learn more.
